Twickenham
Twickenham [Twickenham] BrE NAmE
an area of the ↑borough of Richmond-upon-Thames in south-west London, England. Twickenham Stadium, also known informally as ‘Twickers’, is the national ground for ↑Rugby Union football, where ↑Six Nations matches and other Rugby Union games are played. It is also the home ground of the ↑Harlequins club.
